DELIVERY

The ordered Products will be sent to the address you provided during the ordering process or to the collection point of your choice (depending on the carrier chosen). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the website www.adorecosmetics.be as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.

 We offer two delivery options: to your home or to a collection point via Mondial Relay or Bpost, depending on the shipping country. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping country.

For home delivery, if the recipient is absent when our transport provider arrives, the package will be left at a collection point near the delivery address. In this case, the customer can collect the package within 10 days upon presentation of an identity document and the delivery notice. After this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the absence of the recipient of the package or their failure to collect the package within the specified time frame.

When we are prevented from performing the contract by a case of force majeure or an unforeseeable event as defined by Belgian case law or by an external cause, in particular a fault attributable to you, the delivery period is automatically extended according to the duration of the impediment. We will inform you by email of the occurrence and end of such impediments. If the impediment lasts more than six (6) weeks, each party will have the right to terminate the contract automatically, without you being able to claim compensation from us.

If the package is not received, the customer may submit a complaint by email to contact@adorecosmetics.be within 4 weeks of the order date. After this period, the complaint will no longer be processed by the after-sales service. The customer agrees to respond to any responses received from the after-sales service within 2 weeks, otherwise the complaint will no longer be processed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURN

In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law, our consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. No right of withdrawal exists in particular for products made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

The withdrawal period is met if you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days.

This withdrawal must be made by sending us the model withdrawal form (HYPERLINK WITH THE FORM) or by sending us an unequivocal declaration indicating your choice to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days following the date of delivery of the products.

You must return the Products to us within 14 days from the date of sending the Model Withdrawal Form or any other declaration.

The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition for resale, allowing them to be marketed as new and in their original packaging and blister pack, unopened and unused, otherwise the refund cannot be made.

Any packages for which there is no information allowing the sender to be identified (surname, first name, address, order number) will also not be accepted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the price of the products will be fully refunded to you by bank transfer using the payment method used when ordering online.

The refund process is activated within forty-eight days after receipt of the returned products. The actual credit of the refund to your account or card will depend on the credit institution's or issuer's schedule.
